Purpose of the Deferred Revenue Report:
This report is useful if you track deferred revenue with your membership billing. This report will display billed amount as of the date of the report.
Common uses for this report:
Use this report to view the membership contract price, the amount billed to date, recognized revenue, and deferred balance.
How to find this report:
Click Reports > Search Deferred Revenue. Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.
Report filters
Membership
Filter by membership. This report can be run by a single membership or all memberships.
Status
Filter by status. This report can be run by active, expired, or all statuses.
Balance
Filter by balance. This report can be run by an outstanding balance, no balance, or all balances.
Date
Filter by date. Use the dropdown to select a date range.
Include Zero Recognized Revenue
If the Include Zero Recognized Revenue checkbox is checked, then all customers whose recognized revenue is zero will not show in the report.
View or download the report
Click the Search icon to view the report.
The report can be downloaded in three different formats:
Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Click the Clear icon to reset the report filters.
