The overview tab is the first thing you see when logging into ServiceTitan Mobile.
If you are currently on an appointment, that is what you see at the top. If you are not, you see your next upcoming appointment or non-job event. Tap View Job to see information about your next appointment and dispatch yourself, if you have permission to self-dispatch.
Below your current or next job, you see your technician scorecard. The metrics you see in your scorecard are also visible to office employees. See Technician Scorecards for detailed explanations and breakdowns of those numbers.
