Create custom report to view average revenue from membersLast updated on 05/20/2022

In ServiceTitan, you can create a custom report to view the average revenue of your members. You can set up the key performance indicators (KPI) needed and also export your report to Excel.

Things to know

  • You should enable the Create and Edit Reports - Advanced Reporting configuration. Otherwise, you can’t view the Customer ID and Completed Revenue in Period KPIs. To enable this configuration, contact your success or implementation manager.  

  • This report will only show the revenue of jobs completed during the time your customers were active members.

  • To get the average revenue, you should export the report to Excel and average out the Completed Revenue in Period column.

Create a custom report

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. Click Create Report.

  3. In Choose a report type, select Memberships. In the Report Template, select Customer Memberships.

  4. Select the following KPIs: Customer ID and Completed Revenue in Period.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Enter information in the Name, Category, and Description fields.

  7. Select which teammates can view and edit your report. Note: If you select Share this report for view/edit with all other users whose permission allows them to view/edit this type of report, your report will be shared with employees who have been given permission to see reports in that report category and report template.

  8. Click Save.

  9. In your report screen, fill in the report fields accordingly with the information you want to filter your report by.

  10. Click Run Report.

Export to Excel

  1. In the report screen, from the Export dropdown, select Export to XLSX.

  2. In Excel, select the entire Completed Revenue in Period column.

  3. In the top right of the task bar, click the AutoSum dropdown and select Average.

    Your average revenue from members will be the last line in the Completed Revenue in Period column.
