Use COVID-19 home experience checklistsLast updated on 06/07/2022

Use these COVID-19-based home improvement checklists to ensure the safety of your team and your customers. These forms come in two formats: blank so your technicians can complete one for each job and the other is for homeowners, which you can send out along with the invoice once the job is complete. You can add triggers to the forms, too, so your technicians are required to complete them.


Import forms for technician use

The form created for your technicians can be imported directly into your ServiceTitan account. Once you’ve imported it, your technicians can review and fill out these checklist forms as they work each job. This helps your technicians take the appropriate safety precautions in the field when going out to complete a job.

To import the form into your ServiceTitan account:

  1. In the navigation bar, go to Settings > Operations > Forms.

  2. Click Import.

    The Form Import pop-up opens.

  3. Copy the code and paste it to the importer, and then click Create.

You now see a COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist form in your list of forms.

Tip: You can set up triggers for this form so it shows up for each job automatically and marks it as required for technicians to fill out. To add a trigger to your form, click the Actions dropdown and select Trigger.

  • Trigger Assignment = Job

  • Trigger = When Arrive Button is Clicked

  • Select Required


Import forms to send to your customers

This prefilled version of the form was designed to give homeowners a peace of mind after a technician has been to their home. You can send othe form to the customer along with their invoice. This guarantees that a customer sees a completed form even if your technicians are following the steps outlined in the form.

To import a customer form into your ServiceTitan account

  1. In the navigation bar, go to Settings > Operations > Forms

  2. Click Add.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for your form

    1. Select the Publish and If filled, email to customer automatically after job completion checkboxes.

    2. In Assigned to, select the Job checkbox.

  4. Click Upload a PDF-form and upload this PDF directly to your account. Be sure to first download the PDF to your computer to upload it.Note: This form does not include ServiceTitan branding.

  5. Once the form is uploaded, click Save. You now see a COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist form in your list of forms.
