Copy or export a formLast updated on 09/30/2022

You can export a form and make a copy by importing it back in and editing it. Making a copy is useful when you want a form similar to what you already have but you don't want to start from scratch. You can also send the export code to another ServiceTitan user to share your forms.


Copy a form

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings icon-settings.png. In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.

  2. Click Copy next to the form you want to copy.

    Make a Copy opens.

  3. Enter the number of copies you want to make. Note: You can make up 99 copies of a form. Each copied form will have a New tag next to it which is removed when you leave the Forms page.  

  4. Select whether or not you want to include the Triggers and Conditional logic rules.

  5. When you’re done, click Make Copy


Export a form

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings. In the side panel, go to Operations > Forms.

  2. Click Export next to the form you want to export.

    Export Form opens. 

  3. Select whether or not you want to include the Triggers and Conditional logic rules.

  4. When you’re done, click Export. The form is automatically downloaded to your device.
