Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, including system errors
Repair issues and other problems needed
Assist you with completing tasks, such as understanding error messages and looking into report or data discrepancies

Contact Technical Support in ServiceTitan
You can easily get technical support through our Help feature when using ServiceTitan.
In the navigation bar, click Help
. In the Help menu that opens, click Ask Support.
Enter your question, then click Next.
Click Phone, Live Chat, or Email and fill out the corresponding form. Note: For a faster response, we recommend using Live Chat.

You may be asked to provide your ServiceTitan User ID. You can find this information by clicking your Profile icon. Your User ID appears at the bottom of the Profile menu.
