You can add additional fields to your Job Booking screen to fit with your workflow.

Configure additional fields

You can configure the following for your Job Booking screen:

  • Customer PO#

  • Edit End Time

  • Required Fields

To configure these fields:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings icon-settings.png

  2. In the side panel, click Operations > Job Booking. The Job Booking settings page opens.

  3. Check the box next to the fields you want to appear on your Job Booking screen:

    1. Customer PO#: Adds a Customer PO# field that gives your CSRs the option of entering the PO Number when booking a job.

    2. Edit End Time: Adds an Edit End Time checkbox that allows your CSRs to view and edit the default end date and end time for a job. After a start time is selected, the default end time is calculated based on the job duration from the selected Job Type or if booking from a sold estimate, from the sold hours.  Note: If the Edit End Time setting is turned off it uses the sold estimate hours for the duration and ignores Job Type Duration.

    3. Required Fields: Select the fields you want to be required:

      1. Make Summary Required: Makes the Summary field required so that it must be filled out in order to proceed with booking the job. 

  4. When you’re done, click Save
