If a customer hasn't responded to the job completion survey email or text, you can follow up with the customer on the phone.
Complete a survey
Fill out a survey while on the phone with the customer:
Navigate to the job and click the dropdown arrow on the blue Job Actions button.
Select Take Survey.
Record the customer’s response (and any comments the customer might have).
