Add details about your company. If your business has multiple locations, enter the details for your headquarters.


Manage your company profile

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Your Account > Company Profile The Company Profile screen opens.

  3. Add or update the following:

    • Company Name

    • Street Address

    • City

    • State

    • ZIP Code for US or Postal Code for Canada

    • Country

    • Phone Number

    • Employer Identification Number (EIN) for US or Business Number (BN) for Canada

  4. Select the Customer Types that represent a meaningful portion of your business. You can select more than one.

    Tip: You can also select customers you want to focus on growing and improving this year. Selecting customer types impacts the recommendations TitanAdvisor provides along your journey toward ServiceTitan mastery.

  5. When you're finished, click Save Changes.
