You can bulk link and unlink material and equipment items to services in your pricebook. This makes managing similar pricebook services more efficient. For example, if you offer multiple sizes of water heater installations that all use the same materials, you can link the materials to each service at the same time.

Bulk link or unlink items to services
Note: Bulk linked items are added in addition to any items already linked to the selected services.
To link or unlink items to services in bulk:
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
The Services screen opens.
Click Edit Columns to customize the columns that display in the table.
The Edit Columns pop-up opens.
Select Linked Materials or Linked Equipment and click Apply.
Switch the toggle to Edit Mode.
Browse the table or use the search field to find the services you want to edit. You can search by item code, name, or description. Tip: To filter the list of items, click Filters. You can filter based on category, sold hours, price, and other details. After setting your filters, click Apply.
Click the checkboxes to select the services you want to link or unlink items to. The number of selections displays at the bottom of the screen. Tip: Click the select all checkbox to select all items displayed as shown below.
Click the Linked Materials or Linked Equipment field to open the Editing Linked pop-up.
In the Editing pop-up, bulk link or unlink items as needed for the selected services.
To add linked items to the selected services:
Click Add Linked and then click +Add.
In the search field, enter the name of the item you want to link and select it from the search results. Adjust the Qty, if needed.
To add another item. click +Add material or +Add equipment.
When you’re finished, click Add.
To remove all linked items for the selected services, click Remove All and then click Remove.
