Bookmark reportsLast updated on 09/09/2022

Bookmark your more commonly used reports to your Reports Bookmarks screen. Quick access helps you streamline your reporting workflow.

Things to know

  • Reports you bookmark only show up on your Bookmarks screen and don’t affect other accounts.

  • You can bookmark built-in and custom reports. Not all legacy reports can be bookmarked.

  • To access your bookmarks, go to the navigation bar and click Reports. Then, from the side menu, click Bookmarks.

Bookmark a report

When you bookmark a report, it appears on your Reports Bookmarks screen:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports. All Reports opens.

  2. Find the report you want to bookmark. Tip: In the search bar, enter a few letters from the report name to filter the report list.

  3. Hover over the report and click Bookmark icon-bookmark-outline.png. The icon color fills indicating that you bookmarked the report.

    Note: Click Bookmark icon-bookmark-filled.png to remove the report from your Bookmarks screen.
