The Booked Inspection Report provides a breakdown of customer service representative (CSR) activity for recurring services. The report also gives revenue totals for recurring services and leads generated from recurring service jobs. Data in this report is based on booked inspections created within the report date range.
Things to know
Use this report to view the number of outbound calls made through upcoming recurring service events, number of booked inspections (booked jobs for recurring services), number of inbound calls booked (inbound calls for which a job was booked for a recurring service), revenue from recurring services, and revenue from leads generated on recurring service jobs.
To automatically receive the Booked Inspection Report regularly, click Schedule next to the name of the report. See Schedule reports.
Run the report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Search for Booked Inspection Report, and then click the report name.
Filter the report by choosing dates in the From and To fields. This date range corresponds to the day the CSR received the call. Optionally, click Download PDF to download a PDF of the report or click the dropdown arrow to select CSV, XLSX, or long-running XLSX formats.
Click Update.

The following Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measure CSR activity specific to recurring services.
