Block numbers in ServiceTitanLast updated on 03/31/2022

You can opt to block unwanted phone numbers from calling or contacting your business in ServiceTitan. This reduces time spent on answering or managing spam phone calls, misdirected SMS / MMS / text messages, or other unwanted communication.

Things to know

  • Blocked numbers can be anything from a scam to a spam call to a political robocall to cold calling. When adding a phone number to your block list, be sure to include the area code and a note (under Memo) explaining why the number was blocked, so your team is aware and the reason is logged for future reference.

  • If you add a number to the blocked calls list, both calls and text messages from that number will be blocked from contacting your business.
