Attach equipment to memberships in MobileLast updated on 09/09/2022

Technicians can attach equipment to memberships at the point of sale. This is especially useful for jobs where technicians service multiple equipment items at a single service location.


Things to know

  • Adding equipment to a membership is optional. Recurring services of a membership are scheduled into recurring events even if no equipment is specified.

  • You can add previously installed equipment to a membership at the point of sale.

  • You can only attach equipment to a membership that covers a single service location.

  • If a membership is sold without equipment attached, you can attach equipment to a membership later from the office.


Attach equipment in your pricebook

Add equipment to a membership when selling memberships in ServiceTitan Mobile:

  1. In your pricebook, search for the membership you want to sell and tap on it (not the + icon).

  2. Tap Select Membership Equipment.

  3. The Membership Equipment window displays the recurring services included with the membership with a list of installed equipment. If an equipment item you want to attach isn’t listed, you can add it:

    1. Tap ADD NEW.

    2. Under Add existing equipment, add the equipment information.

    3. Tap SAVE.

  4. In the Membership Equipment screen, for each recurring service, select which equipment items you want serviced.

  5. When you’re done, tap SAVE.

  6. Tap SAVE in the Edit details screen.

  7. Tap CLOSE and complete the sale.


Attach equipment to a membership invoice

  1. From the invoice screen, tap the membership you want to attach equipment to.

  2. Tap Select Membership Equipment.

  3. The Membership Equipment window displays the recurring services included with the membership with a list of installed equipment. If an equipment item you want to attach isn’t listed, you can add it:

    1. Tap ADD NEW.

    2. Under Add existing equipment, add the equipment information.

    3. Tap SAVE.

  4. In the Membership Equipment screen, for each recurring service, select which equipment items you want serviced.

  5. When you’re done, tap SAVE.

  6. Tap SAVE in the Edit details screen.

  7. Tap CLOSE and complete the sale.
