Add technician forms in ServiceTitan MobileLast updated on 04/21/2022

In ServiceTitan you can create a form and assign it to a technician. After doing this, technicians will be able to fill out non-job related forms, such as COVID 19 symptom check-in, safety meetings, truck inspections, and so on in the new My Forms tab in ServiceTitan Mobile.


Things to know

  • The technician can see the form in ServiceTitan Mobile, if the Publish, Both Office and Technician sides, Technicians fields are selected in ServiceTitan Settings > Operation > Forms.


Add a form

  1. From the ServiceTitan Mobile Dashboard, tap the My Forms tab. Note: Technicians can see the My Forms tab if at least one form is assigned to a technician.

  2. Tap Add Form.

    The Forms opens, where technicians can see all forms assigned to them.

  3. Tap Select to complete a form you want. For example, you can select Self screening questionnaire for COVID-19.

  4. Fill in the fields.

  5. (Optional) Tap the Photo Photo_Icon_Blue icon to upload a photo or video.

  6. (Optional) Tap the Edit Edit_Icon_Blue icon to add a message to the field you want.

  7. When you’re finished, tap Save. Form Saved, Completed opens.

  8. Tap Back to My Forms.

Now you can see the completed form in the My Forms section.


Edit a form

  1. From the ServiceTitan Mobile dashboard, tap the My Forms tab.

  2. Select the form you want to edit.

  3. Make the changes you want.

  4. When you’re finished, tap Save.
