Set up general ledger (GL) accounts and map them to your pricebook items so you can synchronize ServiceTitan smoothly with your GL accounting workflow.


Things to know


Create a general ledger account in ServiceTitan

  1. From the side panel, go to Operations > General Ledger Accounts.

  2. Click Add Account to create a new account.

    Add General Ledger Account opens.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the account.

  4. In the Number field, you have the option to enter an account number. Otherwise, skip to the next step.

  5. From the Type dropdown, select a GL account type.

  6. From the Subtype dropdown, select an account subtype.

  7. When you’re done, click Save.




Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
