Set up general ledger accountsLast updated on 07/19/2022
Set up general ledger (GL) accounts and map them to your pricebook items so you can synchronize ServiceTitan smoothly with your GL accounting workflow.
Things to know
The Modular Dashboard uses income items mapped to income GL accounts to calculate revenue. Make sure the pricebook items you want to count as revenue are mapped to income GL accounts.
To integrate your ServiceTitan GL accounts with QuickBooks, Map Pricebook items to a QuickBooks General Ledger Account.
If you use deferred revenue with your memberships, make sure your pricebook items are configured to the correct income and liability GL accounts. For more, see Create pricebook service items for deferred revenue.
