Add bills to batchesLast updated on 09/14/2022
If you created a batch of transactions to export to an accounting system such as QuickBooks or Intacct, you can add reconciled bills to those pending batches.
Things to know
If you haven’t already enabled Payables, see Set up Payables.
Add a bill to a batch
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.
In the side menu, click Bills.
Click the Reconciled tab.
Click a bill. Tip: Use the filters to quickly find a bill.
The bill record opens.
Click Add to Batch and select a batch from the dropdown. Note: Only pending batches appear in the dropdown.
The bill is added to the batch.
Note: A link to the batch number appears in the bill’s details so you can review the bill.
