Overview

WorkConnect is a centralized platform that gathers and streamlines leads and work intake from every digital source directly to the Job Booking screen in ServiceTitan. With WorkConnect, you can:

  • Manage online booking requests from various leads or work order sources on the Job Booking screen in ServiceTitan

  • Streamline enabling or disabling the integrations with:

  • Automate leads or work order entries to reduce potential errors and save time


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, CSRs, marketing managers, project managers, and operations managers

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • Setup is required to enable WorkConnect integrations. For more, see ServiceChannel integration setup.

  • You must have an Administrator or Owner role in ServiceTitan to accept in-app data agreements.

  • Employees with access to ServiceTitan Settings can view and edit in WorkConnect.

Available integrations in ServiceTitan WorkConnect

The following integrations are set up in ServiceTitan WorkConnect:

Accessing WorkConnect

To start receiving leads or work orders from available lead sources in WorkConnect:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, go to Integrations > Marketing Integrations.

  3. On the Marketing Integrations screen that opens, select Reserve with Google, ServiceChannel, or Scheduling Pro, then click Edit.

    Tip: You can also sign in to WorkConnect directly by going to http://workconnect.servicetitan.com/

    1. If you're currently signed in to ServiceTitan, the Sign In screen opens. Click Sign In to automatically sign into WorkConnect using the credentials you're already signed in with.

    2. If you're not currently signed into ServiceTitan, clicking Sign In opens a ServiceTitan Sign In screen, where you can enter your ServiceTitan credentials. 

  4. On the WorkConnect screen that opens, you can configure the selected integration.

Sign in to WorkConnect as an Enterprise Hub user

If you are an Enterprise Hub user, you can sign in to WorkConnect: 

  • Directly at http://workconnect.servicetitan.com/

  • If you're accessing one of your tenants in your Enterprise Hub network, you can sign in by going to Settings > Integrations > Marketing Integrations and clicking the Reserve with Google, ServiceChannel, or Scheduling Pro cards.

Then, click the sign in with Enterprise Hub link.

A Sign In screen opens, where you can sign in with your Enterprise Hub credentials. 

Sign out of WorkConnect

If you work with multiple companies that use ServiceTitan and WorkConnect, you can now sign out of WorkConnect. Then, when you sign in to another ServiceTitan account, you can access WorkConnect without clearing your cache. 

To sign out of your WorkConnect account:

  1. Click your User Profile

  2. Click Sign Out.

  3. You can then sign out of your ServiceTitan account and sign in to another ServiceTitan account without needing to clear your cache to access WorkConnect.  

Multi-client in WorkConnect

Note: The multi-client feature in WorkConnect is available only for ServiceTitan customers who purchased Scheduling Pro, formerly known as Schedule Engine. Enterprise Hub users will also see this option for all of the tenants in their network. 

Use the multi-client feature in WorkConnect to configure the Reserve with Google Integration with your existing Scheduling Pro widget flows.

If you already have multiple Schedule Engine client accounts associated with one ServiceTitan account and you want to switch to a specific Schedule Engine client account:

  • On the navigation bar, click the Arrow  icon.

  • From the dropdown, select the client account you want to access.
