# Why is the member savings not showing on the invoice?

## Problem

The member savings amount is not showing when printing the invoice.

## Solution

1. [Search](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and go to the customer's profile.
2. In the customer profile, under the *Customer Details* right panel, click the **Edit** icon on *Additional Info*.
3. In the *Edit Customer* screen, confirm that the **Show Member Savings** option is selected.
4. In the customer profile, click **Memberships** on the right menu and confirm that the customer has an active membership and was active during the invoice date and job completion date.
5. [Search](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and go to the invoice in question.
6. Check if the item on the invoice has a *Static Price*, *Static Member Price*, and the **Allow membership discounts** option is selected. For more, see [Add services to your pricebook](/v1/docs/add-services-to-your-pricebook).
7. Check the membership type and make sure that the membership discount is based on the associated pricebook category or business unit for the item on the invoice. For more, see [Create membership types](/v1/docs/create-membership-types).
8. If the member savings amount is still not showing on the invoice, remove the task from the invoice and add it back in.
9. Check if the member savings amount is now showing on the invoice.
10. If the member savings amount is still not showing, contact Technical Support.
