# What is causing only half of the data to be displayed on the Dispatch Board?

## Problem

The Dispatch Board shows only half of the expected data. This happens because a filter for business units, skills, or teams is applied.

## Solution

### Change Dispatch Board filters

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Dispatch ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/what-is-causing-only-half-of-the-data-to-be-displayed-on-the-dispatch-board-image-73bf6zkc.png)**.
2. Click **Filters ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/what-is-causing-only-half-of-the-data-to-be-displayed-on-the-dispatch-board-image-0ynrkyq7.png)**.
3. Click the **Business Units** dropdown. If any business units are selected, this is why you see limited data.
4. Select more business units from the dropdown or click **None** to clear the filter.
5. Click the **Teams** dropdown. If any teams are selected, this is why you see limited data.
6. Select more teams from the dropdown or click **None** to clear the filter.
7. Click the **Skills** dropdown. If any skills are selected, this is why you see limited data.
8. Select more skills from the dropdown or click **None** to clear the filter.
9.
