# Why does the scanned paperwork disappear from certain customer profiles the next day?

## Problem

Scanned paperwork is not visible in certain customer profiles the next day.

## Solution

#### Check the customer profile

1. Open the customer profile where you uploaded the scanned paperwork.
2. Go to the *Attachment* section of the profile.
