Problem
One of my employees can't create checklist forms but can create other forms.
Solution
Follow the steps below to identify the issue.
Clear your cache
On your computer, open Chrome.
Copy and paste chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into your browser's address bar.
Or, at the top right, click
and select Delete Browsing Data.In the window that opens, select All time.
Check the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options.
Click Delete data.
Log out and log on
Go to the top right corner of ServiceTitan.
Click your profile.
Select Log out.
Log back in with your credentials.
Use incognito mode
Open your web browser.
Click the three dots in the top right corner.
Select New Incognito Window.
Log in to ServiceTitan in this window.
Check your employee's permissions
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Employees.
Select the employee and click Edit.
Select the Permissions tab.
Ensure they have the correct permissions to create the permit/inspection checklists.
Test checklist creation
Try to create a permit or inspection checklist. Confirm if the issue persists. For more, see Create a form in ServiceTitan.
