# Why am I receiving email notifications for overdue tasks, but I can't see those tasks in my Task Management view in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

You receive email notifications about overdue tasks. The Task Management view shows notification numbers. However, no tasks appear when you filter by your name in *All Assignees*.

## Solution

#### Manage your tasks

1. Go to your profile from the top right corner.
2. Click **Task Management**.
3. Click **View All** to see all task options.
4. Click the **All Assignees** filter dropdown.
5. Select **Assigned to Me**.
6. Your assigned tasks will now appear in the list. Look for tasks with blue dots on the left side. These are open tasks that need attention.
7. To close a completed task, click on the task to open it.
8. In the top right corner, click **Close**.
9. In the Resolution dropdown menu, select the appropriate status **Done**.
10. Click **Apply & Save** to close the task.
