# What Should the Total Price Be for a $1200 Annual Service Agreement with Monthly Billing?

When setting up a service agreement to be billed monthly for $100, totaling $1200 for the year, there is confusion about whether the total agreement price in **Step 5 Pricing** should be $1200 or $100.

## Solution

By following these steps, the service agreement will be set up correctly for monthly billing at $100, totaling $1200 annually.

#### Setup Total agreement price

1. Open the customer record and navigate to the **Service Agreements** section.
2. Click **+ Create Agreement**.
3. Complete the required fields and proceed to **Step 5: Pricing**.
4. Ensure the **Total Agreement Price** is set to $1200 for monthly billing at $100.
5. Click **Continue to Next Step** to save and move to **Step 6: Billing Schedule and Payment Terms**.
6. Verify the billing schedule is set to **Monthly** to divide the $1200 total across 12 months.
7. Click **Continue to Next Step**.
8. At **Step 7: Preview and Send**, review the document to confirm the pricing details and billing schedule are accurate.
