# What should I do if my Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan is empty?

## Problem

Jobs are booked and assigned, but the Dispatch Board is blank, no matter what day you view.

## Solution

1. Try opening the Dispatch Board in Incognito Mode:
  1. In Chrome, click the **three vertical dots** at the top of the browser.
  2. Click **New Incognito Window**.
  3. In the incognito window, sign in to ServiceTitan and check if the Dispatch Board is visible.
2. If the Dispatch Board is visible in Incognito mode, clear your main browser cache:
  1. In Chrome, click the **three vertical dots** at the top of the browser.
  2. Click **Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data**.
  3. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select **All time**.
  4. Select the boxes next to **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
  5. Click **Delete data**.
  6. Sign in to ServiceTitan in your normal browser window and check if the Dispatch Board is visible.
3. If you're still not seeing the Dispatch Board in your main browser, remove any extensions or plugins you've added and check again.
  1. In Chrome, click the **three vertical dots** at the top of the browser.
  2. Click **Extensions > Manage Extensions**.
  3. Click **Remove** next to each extension and plugin.
4. If after these steps you're still having issues, contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask).

**What it does:** Gives dispatchers a real-time view of the day's work to manually assign, drag-and-drop, or adjust job assignments.
