Problem
You can only have one event for each trigger in ServiceTitan. Adding a trigger for the same event multiple times for the same form will not trigger the form multiple times. There is no limit to the number of triggers that can be set up for a form in ServiceTitan.
Solution
Add an event for the form trigger
In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, select Operations > Forms.
In the Forms section, hover your mouse over the form you want to set triggers for.
In the Trigger column, click Add Trigger.
In the Form's Triggers screen that opens, click Add Trigger.
Add a trigger by filling out the fields and selecting an event. For more, see Use form triggers.
Note: Only one event can be added per trigger.
The trigger assignment options depend on where the form is assigned. To check where the form is assigned, go to the form's edit settings and review the Assigned To section.
Forms assigned to the Customer or Location screens can only trigger and be completed once on those pages.
If you need to trigger the form for different events, add separate triggers for each event.
Remember that adding the same trigger for the same event multiple times will only trigger the form once.
