# What is the process for importing customers in bulk rather than adding them individually?

## Problem

You need to add batches of 25-75 customers into ServiceTitan. You want to avoid adding each customer and location one-by-one.

## Solution

#### Emailing ServiceTitan for Bulk Import

1. Prepare your customer data in an Excel spreadsheet.
2. Contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) via email with your request to import customers.
3. Attach the Excel spreadsheet with the customer data to your email.
4. Send the email to ServiceTitan, requesting the bulk import of customers.
