# What is the process for exporting a list of customers to Excel in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Office employees need to export their customer list to Excel without applying any filters.

## Solution

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click **Search ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/what-is-the-process-for-exporting-a-list-of-customers-to-excel-in-servicetitan-image-5o3x5tgm.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-16T11%3A12%3A08Z&se=2026-10-16T12%3A12%3A08Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=JFOqQDUw2p%2FoZxBm9Yp%2FcFP1PaP%2FXYjRnAMJBk%2FWoN8%3D)**.
2. Click the **dropdown** and then select **Customers**. Do not apply any filters. This pulls up all Customer Records in your account.
3. 4. Your customer list will start downloading in Excel format.

The top-level account in ServiceTitan representing a property owner or account holder, containing all locations, jobs, and history.

**What it does:** Serves as the single source of truth for all customer interactions, history, and financial data.
