# What is the process for exporting a list of customers to Excel in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Office employees need to export their customer list to Excel without applying any filters.

## Solution

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click **Search ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/what-is-the-process-for-exporting-a-list-of-customers-to-excel-in-servicetitan-image-5o3x5tgm.png)**.
2. Click the **dropdown** and then select **Customers**. Do not apply any filters. This pulls up all customer records in your account.
3. 4. Your customer list will start downloading in Excel format.
