# What is the process for adding materials to a service agreement?

## Problem

Users need to add materials to service agreement visits. The service agreement must not be in *Draft*, *Sent*, *Rejected*, or *Accepted* status to add materials.

## Solution

Remember, you can add materials to a service agreement only if it is active. Make sure to check the status of your agreement before adding materials.

#### Add materials to service agreements

1. Create a service agreement.
2. Check the status of the agreement. Make sure it is on *Activated* status.
3. On the service agreement page, go to **Materials** listed under *Operations*.
4. Select the location in which you want to add the material.
5. Click **Add Material**.
6. Select the materials that you want to add to the service agreement.
