Web Scheduler 2.0 isn’t showing real-time availability even though Adjustable Capacity Planning is enabled

Problem

The new ServiceTitan Web Scheduler can be configured to show either business hour time slots or real-time availability. It depends on the company's Adjustable Capacity Planning setup. If Adjustable Capacity is chosen, the settings need to be configured to ensure that the real-time capacity syncs with the new Web Scheduler.

Solution

Real Time Availability toggle

If Adjustable Capacity is chosen for the new Web Scheduler, the Real Time Availability toggle needs to be enabled to ensure that real-time capacity syncs with the new Web Scheduler.

Follow the workflow steps below to resolve the issue if availability doesn't appear as expected.

Note: Only Web Scheduler2.0 is compatible with Adjustable Capacity Planning.

The legacy Web Scheduler (found in Settings > Communications > Web Appointments) is only compatible with legacy open capacity planning (in Settings > Operations > Technician Capacity Planning).

  1. In ServiceTitan, click the gear icon to access the main Settings, then go to Capacity Planning > Configuration.

  2. On the Capacity Configuration screen, you can see the Send Adjustable Capacity to all online scheduling services toggle at the top.        

    1. If this toggle has already been enabled for more than 24 hours, check the Adjustable Capacity setup, then reach out to the ServiceTitan Support Team for further assistance.

    2. If this toggle is not enabled, turn it on and click Save. Then, wait for 24 hours for this change to sync over to the live Web Scheduler.
