Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## ## Things to know - You only need to install the ServiceTitan Web Connector on the same computer or server where your QuickBooks file is stored. - If you use a managed hosting service to run QuickBooks Desktop, such as [Right Networks](https://www.rightnetworks.com/project/service-titan/), contact the service to let them know that you're using ServiceTitan’s web connector. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** These companies may charge a fee to download additional programs to your server. - Also, let your success manager know which hosting provider you currently use or plan to use. - QuickBooks Desktop 2022 requires a 64-bit Windows operating system and won’t run on 32-bit. To check if your version of Windows is 64-bit, see [Verify if your Windows is 32- or 64-bit](https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/verify-windows-32-64-bit/L7rAZRiqb_US_en_US). ## Download and Install the ServiceTitan Web Connector 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png).** 2. In the side panel, go to**Integration > QuickBooks Desktop**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Use Search to quickly find QuickBooks Desktop in the side panel. 3. After the file downloads to your computer, open the downloaded file (.msi). 6. On the *Windows protected your PC* pop-up that opens, click **More info**to continue the installation. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Depending on your computer settings, you may see this popup. If prompted, enter the following ServiceTitan information: 1. **ServiceTitan server:**If filled in, do not edit the server name. If the field is empty, enter [https://go.servicetitan.com](https://go.servicetitan.com) 2. **Tenant:**The name of the tenant you are working with. 3. **Token:**The value that appears in the *Connect a new QuickBooks file*popup when adding a new connection. When you're finished, click the **Next ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-arrow-forward.png)** icon. 6. Go to QuickBooks and open the QuickBooks company file you want to connect to ServiceTitan. 7. In the next *ServiceTitan web connector for QBD* screen, confirm the connection details: 1. *QuickBooks file name* is the file to export transactions. 2. *Connection name* needs to be unique from any other connection names currently in your ServiceTitan account. 9.
