Please contact the account administrator on your team. ## Search for records 1. Use the filters to refine your search. To view all records that exist in a category, leave these fields blank. In the side panel, enter the name of the setting you want in the search field. 3. Pressing forward slash (**/**) opens a search field you can use to quickly navigate within ServiceTitan. To use Quick Navigation: 1. From anywhere in ServiceTitan, press forward slash (**/**). Quick Navigation opens. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Quick Navigation is disabled when you're entering text to allow for regular use of forward slash. 2. Enter the page you want to navigate to. Suggestions appear as you type.
