This gives you more control over how Adaptive Capacity works for your business. With the help of [Atlas](/v1/docs/atlas) in Adaptive Capacity Strategic Rules, you can more confidently build rules that optimize capacity planning. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators, owners, and managers - Primarily benefits Residential Service and Commercial Service business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to get access. - The following permissions are required to use this feature. To optimize capacity, configure these in a way that reflects your organization. Atlas is Al-powered and can make mistakes. So while Atlas is a powerful and helpful tool, it still needs a human to review its output. Correcting Atlas will also help it improve over time. ## Use cases - You want to create a rule to align Adaptive Capacity with your dispatch practices, but you feel the process is complex. To make things easier, use Atlas to guide you through rule creation and apply conditions. ## Use Atlas to configure Strategic Rules for Adaptive Capacity 1.
