Unable to Move Phone Numbers Between Call Centers in ServiceTitan

Problem

When attempting to move phone numbers between call centers in ServiceTitan, the error message "Unable to process request" appears. This error message includes a long code and a request to contact support with an error UUID.

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Phones > Phone Numbers.

2. Choose one of the affected phone numbers and click Edit.

3. Change the Assign Number to target to the call center that you want to move the number to and click Save.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each affected phone number.
