# Unable to Mark Payments as Resolved in Accounting Tab

## Problem

You are unable to mark payments as resolved under the **Accounting** tab in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Accounting**.
2. In the side menu, click **Customer Payments**.
3. Look for the payment that needs to be marked as resolved.
4. Click the **More** icon next to the payment and select **Mark as Resolved**.
5. If the above step does not work, try [clearing your browser cache](/v1/docs/servicetitan-tips-and-tricks#clearing-your-cache).
6. Open a new tab in your browser.
7. Try steps 1 - 4 again on a new browser tab.
