# Unable to Export Payment Due to Deleted Invoice in Quickbooks

## Problem

You are unable to export a payment because the invoice was deleted from Quickbooks.

## Solution

1. Bypass the payment in ServiceTitan.
2. Manually create an invoice in QuickBooks. Follow the steps outlined [here](https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/invoicing/create-invoice-quickbooks-desktop/L0J64E3xu_US_en_US).
