# Unable to Export Due to Batch Stuck in Exporting Status

## Problem

You are experiencing difficulty exporting a batch that is stuck in exporting status.

## Solution

1. On the navigation bar, go to **Settings > Integrations > Quickbooks Desktop**.
2. Select your QuickBooks company file
3. On the *Chart of Accounts Mapped* row, click **Edit**.
4. If you are unable to open the chart of accounts mapped section, close Quickbooks and the ServiceTitan Web Connector.
5. Re-open Quickbooks and the ServiceTitan Web Connect, and switch to single-user mode.
6. Re-export the batch.
7. Verify that all items have been exported successfully.
