# Unable to Email Customer Invoice

## Problem

You are unable to email the customer an invoice and instead receive an application error message that says *Value must be positive. (Parameter 'count')*.

## Solution

1. In ServiceTitan, go to **Settings > Invoicing > Email**.
2. Click the **Invoice** tab.
3. In the **Body** field, check if there are two online payment links.
4. If there are two links, remove one of them.
5. Email the invoice again to the customer.
