# How can I fix office and field view discrepancies in ServiceTitan and ServiceTitan Mobile?

### Problem

Your office staff see different information in ServiceTitan than what your technicians see in ServiceTitan Mobile, such as crew members not appearing to time-in correctly in the office view.

### Solution

Some differences are intended and can't be changed. For example, after clicking or tapping **Arrive**, office staff see *In Progress* on the office Dispatch Board, but technicians see *Working* in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Discrepancy issues, however, usually happen when the technician's mobile device is out of cell or internet range. For example, if office staff see *Dispatched* on the Dispatch Board, but the technician sees *Working* status in ServiceTitan Mobile, the technician's device is likely out of range. Here's how to solve it:

1. **Check cell coverage:** Ensure the technician's mobile device has a good signal and internet connection to data or wifi. After the device connects to the internet, the data should sync correctly with the office.
2. **Refresh ServiceTitan:** Refresh the office view to confirm the status updates after the mobile device has internet access.

The main scheduling and dispatching view in ServiceTitan showing all jobs, technicians, and appointment times in a grid or map layout.

**What it does:** Gives dispatchers a real-time view of the day's work to manually assign, drag-and-drop, or adjust job assignments.

**Also called:** Schedule board, Dispatch view
