# Technician shift details not appearing on the Dispatch Board

## Problem

After scheduling a technician shift, the shift details aren't showing up on the Dispatch Board.

## Solution

### Workflows to Resolution

Keep in mind that technician shifts only appear as a color-coded bar on the Dispatch Board:

- **Orange:** On-call shift.
- **White:** Regular or overnight shift.
- **Gray:** Time off shift.

> **Note:** Only time off shifts show the name of the shift on the Dispatch Board.
