# Technician cannot access Contact Details on a job

## Problem

The problem is that technicians don't see the *Contact Details* section on their *Job* screen in ServiceTitan Mobile.

## Solution

For the technician to see the *Contact Details* section on their *Job* screen, enable the *Customer Record* and *Location Record* permissions.

#### Enable permissions

1. Go to **Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/technician-cannot-access-contact-details-on-a-job-image-hlp2vofv.png) > People > Technicians**.

3. On the *Edit Technician* screen, click the **Permissions** tab.
4. Enable the *View Customer Record* and *View Location Record* permissions.

#### Enable Mobile Settings

1. Go to **Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/technician-cannot-access-contact-details-on-a-job-image-c554ea8p.png) > Integrations > Mobile**.
2. In the *Data Access Options* section, ensure *Customer Record* and *Location Record* options are enabled.
