How do I stop a scheduled report that is not in my reports list?

Problem

You have a scheduled Upcoming Jobs Report that you want to stop. The report continues to send but doesn't show in your scheduled reports list.

Solution

Workflow Summary

If the report you have scheduled is a Legacy Report, it won't show in the list of scheduled reports at Reports > Scheduled. You have to go to the Legacy Reports page to remove it.

1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
2. In the side panel, click Legacy Reports.
3. Underneath the report category list, look for the section called My Scheduled Reports.
4. Locate the report you no longer want to send, then click the time it sends.
5. On the Edit Scheduled Report screen that opens, click Deactivate, then click OK to confirm.
6. The report schedule deactivates and will no longer send on the previous schedule.
