Overview
Signal Watch alerts you when specific signals show up on your team's recordings, so you don't have to listen to every Call to find them. You choose a signal and a score threshold. Field Pro then lists every recording that crosses it, and adds a Signal suggested action to your Manager Console. Use it to stay focused on a handful of things that matter right now, such as a new objection you're coaching on or a step your team keeps skipping.
Think of Signal Watch like a price alert on a shopping site. You set the condition once, and Field Pro checks every new recording as it's scored, then lists the ones that match. You don't search; the matches come to you.
Who uses this feature
Managers, and anyone else who reviews and coaches from recordings.
Anyone with the View Field Pro permission can open Signal Watch and set up their own watch. Each person's watch is their own. Other users don't see your rules or your alerts. You see results only for recordings from the teams you have access to.
Feature configuration
Signal Watch is in ServiceTitan under Field Pro > Signal Watch. There's no account setup. Signal Watch works with the signals your recording profiles already track, including signals that aren't on your scorecard. A signal must be in at least one recording profile to show results here. A signal that isn't in any profile is never evaluated, so a watch on it stays empty.
Things to know
A watch is a set of rules. Each rule looks at one signal's score, from 0 to 100, and flags recordings where it's less than, greater than, or between values you set.
To watch for a specific objection, choose the signal that detects it. There's no free-text search.
You can add as many signals and rules as you like.
The signal doesn't have to be on your scorecard. Signals your profiles track but don't score work too. For example, you might watch for customers who mention a competitor's quote, ask about Financing, or bring up a recent repair on an aging system.
Selecting a recording from Signal Watch opens it at that signal.
Set up your signal watch
Go to Field Pro > Signal Watch.
Select Configure. (If you haven't set up a watch yet, select Configure Signal Watch.)

Select + Add Signal.
Choose a Signal. System signals are marked System.
Choose a Condition (Less Than, Greater Than or Between) and enter the Threshold.
Add more rows for other signals or rules. A signal can have more than one rule. A recording is flagged if it matches any of them.

Select Save Signal Watch.
Examples
Track an objection every time it comes up: choose the objection's signal, such as "I need to get other quotes", and set Greater Than 0.
Catch a skipped step: choose a Yes/No signal, such as Membership Plan Mention, and set Less Than 100.
Catch weak objection handling: choose Objection Handling and set Less Than a score you choose, such as 50.
Review your results
The Signal Watch page groups results by signal, with the number of times each one was triggered. Expand a signal to see each recording with its date, technician and score. Select a recording to open it at that signal.
Use Team and Lookback Period to narrow the results. The Lookback Period runs from Today up to the last month, and starts on Today. Select Clear Filters to reset.
Signal Watch on Manager Console
When your watched signals get new hits, a Signal suggested action appears on your Manager Console, for example "5 Objection Handling detections recently". Only you see these, because they come from your own watch. Select Signal Watch on the action to open the Signal Watch page for that signal, then open the recordings from there. Like other suggested actions, a Signal action expires if nobody acts on it, or once the signal stops getting new hits. For the other kinds of suggested action, see Field Pro v2 Manager Console: What to Do Today.
Change or remove a rule
Watches don't expire. When you've finished focusing on something, select Configure, remove that rule, and select Save Signal Watch. To change a threshold, edit the rule and save. Keep your watch short, so the signals you care about now stand out.
