Check if the Batch was created before updating QuickBooks Desktop. 2. If the batch was created before the update, create a new batch. 3. Add payments or invoices to the new batch. 4. Post and export the new batch. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Make sure to set up a QuickBooks Desktop file with an active connection on the Settings page in ServiceTitan before exporting. A batch, or invoice batch, is a set of invoices that have been audited and are ready to post. You will use the Invoice screen in ServiceTitan to create invoice batches. On the Invoice screen, you'll have access to unbatched and batched invoices.
