# Set recall, warranty, and lead job booking guides

## Overview

You can allow your Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to book recall, warranty, and Technician-Generated Lead jobs, as well as provide guides on when they should do so. When configured, this feature allows your CSRs to see prior jobs completed for the customer, select which job caused the issue or generated the lead, and then book a new recall, warranty, or lead job. Once the job is booked, it’s automatically linked to the original job.

If you’re not using guides, your CSRs can still book recall or warranty jobs from the original job. For more, see [Book a recall or warranty job](/v1/docs/book-a-recall-or-warranty-job).

A Technician-Generated Lead is when a technician convinces a customer to schedule another job or request an estimate for additional services. For example, if a technician on a service call convinces a customer to get an estimate to replace aging equipment, you set a Technician-Generated Lead on the job record.
