Things to know
Manually added permissions for an employee or technician, if not assigned to a role, are temporary unless they are an admin. System updates reset individual permissions to match the role. To make changes permanent, set the permission for an employee or technician role.
You can also set specific reporting permissions and Pricebook permissions.
If you are connected to Enterprise Hub, in the Role Source field, you can see if the employee was created in ServiceTitan or in Enterprise Hub.
