# ServiceTitan Web Connector won’t update

## Problem

You see a message to update the Web Connector, but it doesn't update. The message says, *New version of the web connector is available - do you want to do it now?* You click yes, but nothing happens.

## Solution

1. Close QuickBooks and the Web Connector.
2. Follow the steps outlined [here](/v1/docs/servicetitan-web-connector-closing-during-batch-export) to uninstall and reinstall the Web Connector.
