# Resolve status sync issues in Contact Center Pro

## Problem

Your status is out of sync. This is preventing you from receiving calls, even though your status is set to *Available*.

## Solution

Use the **Refresh User Status** option from your *User Settings* to resolve the issue.

### Refresh your User Status

1. In Contact Center Pro, go to the top toolbar and click **User Settings**.

Wait for the status to refresh. A banner appears after the change is complete.
