# Resolve Location ID Error in ServiceTitan

## Problem

A batch is showing the following error message: *BL03000010: Line 1: Location ID ___ is invalid..BL01001973: Error preparing values.BL01001973: Could not create Document record.*

## Solution

1. In ServiceTitan, go to **Settings > Operations > Business Units**.
2. Click **Edit** on the business unit that is causing the error.
3. Go to the *Intacct* tab and ensure that the business unit has a designated **Intacct Location** from the dropdown.
4. Check if the location is configured correctly in Intacct.
5. If the location is not configured correctly, configure it correctly in Intacct.
6. Try exporting again.
7. If the error message persists, contact ServiceTitan support for further assistance.
