Overview
In the ServiceTitan Mobile app, you can view customer reviews on the job record. You can also send a review request to the customer directly from the job in the mobile app if there is a manual trigger survey created from the office. Giving technicians the ability to get on-the-spot reviews for the job increases the likelihood of customers submitting a review for the job and makes it easier to match a technician to a review.

To get started with Marketing Pro Reputation, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

Things to know
You can send review requests to customers from the job in the mobile app only if the employees in the office created a manual trigger survey.
Request reviews
To request a customer review from the mobile app:
From the Dashboard, tap View Current Job.

In the Review section, tap Request Review.
Note: If the review request is already sent, Request Review is inactive.
View reviews
To view a customer review from the mobile app:
From the Dashboard, tap View Current Job.
On the Job page, scroll down to the Review section to see the reviews for this job.
